No Objection Certificate (NOC)

NOC stands for No Objection Certificate. The NOC System is in place in Dubai to review and pre-approve any work with in the NOC Zone to confirm compliance of the property developer/owner, consultants & contractor with DUSUP standards and requirements.

E-NOC

In order to protect the integrity of the Dubai pipeline system, DUSUP operates a No Objection Certificates (NOC) process through the Government of Dubai E-NOC system.

DUSUP NOC Conditions

No work shall be carried out within 60 meters of a pipeline or related facility without an approved written NOC from DUSUP through the E-NOC

DUSUP NOC Guidelines

DUSUP has developed the “DUSUP Guidelines” series to provide NOC Applicants with appropriate guidance on the minimum requirements

Pipeline Safety Training

All personnel that work within our NOC Zone, or if requested by DUSUP, are required to partake in a Pipeline Safety Training Course, conducted by one of our Pipeline NOC Engineers.
